Our story is a long one. Jim & Tina went out of their way to facilitate me when the person on the other end was a problem to say the least. He left, made another run and came back for my shipment. I think he spent more time in Denny's than he did driving. He even re-secured the load for safe travel and e-mailed pictures. Above and beyond the call of duty is the best way to describe this dynamic duo. Take my advice, use them often and always.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper informed me his shop was broken into and all tags and ID's were stolen. He said he had another shipper who would accomadate at the same price but never e-mailed back. I never talked with this person directly. Only via e-mail sparingly at best. I hired another trucker to deliver the car. Trucker was recomended by the owner of the dealership.

Our shop and office were broken into and all our plates and some VIN# were taken so we could not transport anything durning that time which Kim needed this done! I emailed him letting him know right away! Crazy things happen in this world Sorry Kim!!!

David was there from start to finish. He called often along the way to let us know what was going on. He delivered the bike two days early and was nice enough to meet me at a place of my choosing. We enjoyed meeting him so much we invited him to stay the night in our home. The next time we ship we will certainly choose David.
