The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We arrived at the pickup location. However, the item was not released for pickup. Spoke with the uShip customer and they informed us the sale would be canceled since the seller moved the pickup date.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Have never heard from the shipper. I called 3 times, once each day for the past three days and left messages on the first two calls. I also emailed twice and have received no response from the shipper at all. I am at risk for forfeiting the money I paid for the items and am now accruing storage charges. I need to cancel and resist asap.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Auction house could not accommodate the window of time the shipper had in the area to collect the table for shipment back to Ohio.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was unable to deliver the item in the timeframe originally promised. Arrived at the auction pickup site after closing so proceeded with the route without the shipment. I have found other means to collect the item.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the shipment required additional help to be able to be picked up and loaded for shipment. The auction house could not provide any assistance in moving other furniture out of the way or assisting in moving my items.
