A transportadora se comunicou bem, porém tive vários estragos nos meus móveis.

A cliente requisitou apenas o carregamento e transporte da mudança. Desta forma a mesma não pode reclamar por algum dano ocorrido com os objetos já que ela não contratou e nem pagou por serviço de embalamento.
