The shipper did not realize the shipment size and was unable to procvide service. The shipper was responsive and cordial when he realized they could not handle the shipment.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper was booked under the clear agreement to pick up a time sensitive shipment by a certain date. After confirming he would be able to achieve pickup the day before, he missed the pickup window and did not send any notice that he did not pickup. I only found out after sending multiple messages the next day asking about pickup. I should have paid attention to previous reviews that said he was unreliable. Would not recommend this shipper to anyone.
