I did not show up at agreed upon date and time With all due respect I am within my time frame given to you for pick up and we had no previous problems so thar statement is false. I did inform you in a timely manner and for you to be insensitive and state you don't know if us wreck8ng our car true when I sent you you pictures. Im sorry our safety is top priority and we couldnt obtain a rental at 10 pm on a sunday in a rural area in FL. I have been completely upfront with you and offered you alternatives but you became hostile. Thank you

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I could not find where to pick up pet. GPS could not pick up address. Called customer he was not much help to find him. Stopped as people if any one new where this address was, was send to an empty parking lot. gave up looking at 9:30 pm in miami.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver didn’t come on time as we agreed first. She rescheduled pick up from June 2nd to June 4th. She informed that will be in my location around 9-11pm on June 4th but still didn’t come. Finally she said that she was in a car accident and now she has to find a new car to rent and to deliver my cat. I’m not sure that it’s true due to previous problems that she reported and I’m not comfortable to ship my cat with her.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver didn't come for pick up. We agreed that he will be at pick up location around noon of September 2nd. He stopped replying so we have to cancel it and find a new driver. Thank you

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time driver didn't contact with me before i did a request to Uship support. He texted me that he can't do that at agreed in my offer time because he needs more shippings to make my delivery. So why he accepted my offer? after that he called to me to speak , I told him that it's not right, I have the agreement with my customer in Atlanta that kitten will be delivered before September 29th.after that he said me "shut up" and sent me text message again "Shut up! You sound stupid like you want attent
