After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Upon arrival we entered the apartment led by the seller, after a few minutes I wander marquez ran out of my first shrink wrap paper. I had another roll in my trailer and I sent my worker to grab it. Due to having a loaded trailer we ran out of shrink wide paper but still had enough to wrap the sofa using our small roll that had enough to complete the job. The plan was to wrap the sofa, use moving blankets to place over the sofa. Using moving cords to secured the blankets. After that process we w

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Sofa was not even close to being packed to the approval either party. Lack of packing was challenged by both parties, resulting in him leaving while she was in bathroom, without notifying either party. He left us in lurch after spending a lot of time/money. He misrepresented his intentions of packing sofa professionally, and was completely unprepared when he arrived to accept cargo. Tried to pack sofa "in his truck" so that we could not see his lack of packing. Completely unprofessional.

Extremely Unprofessional. The shipper harassed my client, my employee, and myself for 12 hours straight to get paid after we had already discussed payment. He took over a MONTH to ship the item, with no response to why it took so long.
