They were very easy to communicate with by phone or text. They picked up and delivered my piano from Florida to Texas exactly when they said they would. They gave me an hour notice before pickup and dropoff. Overall a great worry-free experience; I would highly recommend them!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He told me they had a truck heading to FL on 6/8, and he would call before with more details. I never heard anything, then late that week they showed up and did not have a functioning lift on their truck, so they could not move the piano. On 6/15, they offered to hire a piano company to move it into storage until they could get it, at no charge to me. I said fine, I just need them to get it by 6/20. They said no problem, they would be there to pick it up. On 6/19, he said he couldn't ever get i
