Good shipper, I fell broke fairing, Paid for repair, didnt make shipper wait for insurance process. He was a gentleman about the accident, I took care of business. Thanks again

Taylor provided feedback from the bid confirmation process through delivery. Pickup and delivery were within the time frames agreed upon. My bike was damaged during transport. Taylor made me aware of the damage prior to delivery and stood behind the repair. Accidents / damage do occur during shipping. It's good to know you are dealing with someone who will follow through on what they say/advertise when it does happen.

I slipped on ice, fell and broke front fairing on Ricks, Harley Ulra Classic. $1700.00 Repair, that I PAID FOR IMMEDIATELY. Bike was fixed and back on road in time for Rick to arrive and enjoy Florida riding. I did not make my customer "wait" for insurance process, or blame it on some other reason, I STAND BEHIND MY BUSINESS and MY WORD. When it's my fault, I will stand behind my word and pay for the damages, no questions asked, HASSEL FREE. This is proof of my integrity, honesty, and MY WORD.
