Great job shipping, but forgot to give me the brand new custom lead purchased for my dog by the person who shipped him to me. Trip went well. would reccomend service and book again. No other issues.

John, we did enjoy Cole, he was a great passenger. Didn't even mind his ear medicine. Oh My, wished you would have called about the lead. I have checked with Bryan and it is in the van so will put it in the mail to you. We don't like to take any personal items for that very reason. With a full van, switching drivers, it's impossible to keep track of all the personal things, especially leads. We use our own heavy duty flexi leads so the kido's have more freedom during exercise periods. Lisa
