The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to pick up 1/15 or 1/16/09. On 1/14/09 I was told he broke down and couldn't get there till Monday. Monday I didn't hear from him, had to call him, and then he said due to mechanical problems he won't have a truck available until at least 1/28/09.
Response from ropeadeal:
We called them and told them that the truck was broke down. They said that it was alright to get back with them when the truck was fixed. When we said the truck would not be ready until the 28th of jan they relisted the horse under a new name and didn't say a thing. They said one thing and did another. We would of still hauled the horse for them and would of been happy to.
