After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I booked the published rate because the pick up window of 3 days worked well for me. SGT does a great job with responding to questions by messaging and their telephone communication was very clear. I appreciate they did not mislead me over the telephone and wait until the pick up window expired before explaining that their pick up window is not guaranteed. Upon confirming with SGT by telephone the details of the shipment I was told that they would do their best to find a driver to pick up the
