A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We got a mechanical issue with one of our trailers, and this situation caused us delays in our schedule. Unfortunately, this customer wants a specific pickup date/time, but that's impossible to gurantee our schedule because our truck travels all the country and too many things can still cause delays on the itinerary of this truck. This customer tried to violate the terms of our contract, but our T&C are not negotiable, and deposits are not refundable when customers cancel their shipment. Regards

These guys are very unprofessional. I waited 2 weeks after the date they were supposed to pick up my motorcycle. And still could not give me a pick up time. If you ask me they will scam you out of your deposit and give you more excuses then Walt Disney has movies. I am taking them to small claims court. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have waited almost 2 weeks over the time of pickup which was supposed to be on or before September 15th. They cannot give me a pick up date I even contacted them today and they still will not provide me a shipping date. I feel very uncomfortable dealing with this company and I don't trust them anymore. I paid them half of the shipping cost up front and they won't refund my money back so I am filling for small claims court later this week.
