I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The SP has a phone number with no voicemail, and it goes straight to a recording that the user is not within the area; they don't respond to texts; they don't respond to emails.

Not many times have I been surprised by someone going the extra mile. Marc was excellent from start to finish. If he keeps this up he'll be the busiest shipper on the east coast. Thanks!

I'm afraid this will be my first negative report. The delivery fellas were beyond rude. On the phone they had horrible English and were difficult to understand. In person they had great English and wanted to charge me an extra $100. They were a day early, then didn't show up, then blamed me for a lack of communication.
The lady on the phone was very nice. She ended up getting rid of the extra $100 as a personal favor.
I think they retaliated by stabbing my rear seat with a pocket knif Response from Montway: We understand that the drivers may not be always the friendliest or the fairest people on Earth. However, this is a forum to rate our company's service, not what an independent driver did or didn't do, especially, if you asked for our help and we helped you, when you did. We can also provide insurance for any alleged damage, but you need to contact us and inform us about it. Our calls and emails, have been unanswered, so we have to conclude that there's no real complaint against us.

Great shipper, did everything right. Showed up on time, worked well with marina to get loaded, and delivered with no complaints (and very quickly) to the destination. This was a personal shipment and the person-to-person interaction was excellent, as was communication. Very happy--will be keeping his card for future work.

Great attitude, very helpful and excellent communication. Wonderful person-to-person service with a good attention to letting you know what's going on every step of the way. Highly recommended! "Worked through adversity" when he had a flat tire and STILL made it ahead of schedule. Very happy. Would use again.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Ubercommuter has EXCELLENT communication skills and I will use him in the future. Unfortunately the dealer I purchased my car from on eBay does not communicate at all. I can't get in touch with the seller so I made the executive decision to cut ubercommuter loose so he is not stuck with the bum seller. At this point I don't even know if the car is where the seller says it is. Thanks again, my experience with uship and ubercommter was top-notch and I'll be using both again...
