Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The other shipment making this one possible to do at this price has been delayed by the hurricane situation in Houston. I advised the shipper of this situation days ago and offered to cancel this transaction myself. I cant call him every hour for an update.

Shipment of this motorcycle was the quickest I have ever seen and it arrived without any damage. Great communication. Friendly people. I plan to use them again!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services GFI falsely promised specific pickup and delivery timing which was not done. GFI communicated poorly after winning the shipment.
If you want to waste a lot of time waiting for vague shipping arrangements from someone who does not communicate, this is your guy!
Response from GFI:
Shipment was paired with another that was delayed by Hurricane Ike. Since I was unable to pick up the other bike this one was delayed a bit. I advised him of the delay. Shipper did not want to wait and then got rude and insulting. He obviously thinks he is above being human to a delivery person.
