The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider said that he would be in Florida on 11/6. But I never heard from him. Neither did my shipper. I emailed him and called him. He called me back with the explanation " things happened which are out of his control ". So, the service provider says they will be able to pick up on 11/7 between 8am and noon and that they would call me around 8am. My shipper had already waited all day on the 6th and wanted a firm time frame for pickup which is understandable. I didn't hear from the s
