The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The bike was bigger than published ... we only brought one guy for the job when we needed 2.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider showed up under staffed to load my motorcycle on to the truck. They did not possess the skill set or proper equipment to secure the motorcycle and refused to accept the shipment. Since then my calls are not being returned. This leaves me with no confidence in their ability or professionalism to get this job done. Please issue me a refund.
