Service provider did exactly what he promised to do when he promised it. I had all but given up on uShip but he just gave me renewed hope. I will definitely seek out his assistance in the future!! Thank you so much.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider contacted me and said that the truck would be picked up and delivered on August 11, 2014. I then contacted my family where the truck is located and told them to expect him sometime that day. They subsequently stayed home all day anticipating his arrival which never happened. I finally had to contact the service provider and ask about the pick-up to be told that they had truck problems and they had not picked up my truck. I was informed that the truck would be picked up on August 12, 201

Took provider 8 days to bring my vehicle 300 miles. Numerous problems and a general lack of communication. Appreciate that the car finally arrived but I was about to report it stolen.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After clearly stating the length and weight of the vehicle the provider said that he could accommodate the shipment. When he arrived at the location and loaded the vehicle he states that it is too heavy for his equipment and ha to cancel.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Service provider loaded the vehicle and then determined that it was too heavy for his trailer. He never once asked in advance how long or how much the vehicle weighed so therefore the vehicle was in no way misrepresented! Furthermore, after deciding to not fulfill the contract he also ripped the exhaust out from up under the vehicle in his attempt to load/unload the coach!He also scratched the front bumper up from scrapping it against the trailer. I want a FULL refund.

Arrived & worked w/the shipper/consignor to load the vehicle as scheduled. My profile states I am willing to haul up to 5500lbs (capacity 7000lbs)& Dione booked. Shipper stated 'estimated' weight of 6,000+lbs. I assessed the running vehicle prior to loading & the shipper and I agreed it was safe. Upon loading, the entire 12' muffler came unattached leading me to believe that an 'un-enclosed transport' isn't an option. I am not willing to assume the risk of parts detaching during open transport.

I have to say that Courtney and her husband are the GREATEST! They offered me a great rate and picked the car up and delivered it to me the very next day! I have used uShip in the past with mixed results but everything about this experience was on the money!!! You will not be disappointed with these shippers at all.

Shipper requested deposit for shipment which was paid in good faith. Shipper then subcontracted to have item delivered to me. The subcontractor got the item within 120 miles of it's destination and determined that delivering it the rest of the way to me would take him out of his way. So he dropped the item off at a warehouse he had to deliver other items at and basically told me it was my responsibility to get it the rest of the way home. Had no regard for items security. Very bad experiance.

shipper wasasked about this and it was okay and was not required to pay the remaining amount and the ware house was great security and I was not told his sister lived in a town that I had to drive thru on the way there.I will never bring some another Item that is than the cost of shipment this shipper did nothing to help with this matter this shipper is the worst I have ever had to deal with remember you got this done for $60.00 for over 800 mile's p.s. I no longer need my item(s) shipped the seller of the item never accepted pmnt so i no longer need this item shipped.

Driver was exceptional to say the least. Car arrived a day later than expected but it was safe and secure.
