He was ready for pick up exactly when he said, was easy to reach, and totally flexible when we changed delivery plans (driveaway from Bellevue but trailer from San Antonio). I would never use this provider again. 1. Hard to communicate with. Rarely answers e-mails or cellphone. This is very difficult when I was trying to coordinate drop-off times. 2. Driver overcharged my daughter $ 100 and left her in tears. Owner promised to refund the money to me but never has.
