Still waiting on payment. Shipper said consignee would pay half then changed shipping plans increasing the cost of the shipment. Still after two months countless attempts to get payment, no payment. If payment can be resolved I would change this to a Neutral feedback, but now the shipper has changed address and is not accepting phone calls. Beaware of NON-PAYING SHIPPER! DON'T TRUST! Get payment in full in advanced! Beaware of changing shipping contract!!!!!!!!!!
