Although this is a personel account we do own 2 business locations. One is a used car business and the other is a retail food business.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer contacted us to inform us that he no longer needs the item shipped as he has contracted multiple companies to pick the vehicle up. He has gotten another company and we do not engage while there are competing companies for the same vehicle.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Do not use this company. They will not come through for you. Scheduled pick up for what was said to be 1-5 days. I understand things happen but 16 days later still no pick up. They cost me a fortune in storage fees and when I called to cancel booking and show my disappointment in there company the guy on the phone said “ f..k you” If they dispute this I have it recorded. In auto sales business for over 30 yrs & this company is the worst. Do yourself a favor ,no matter the price, do not use them

We are very sorry that you had this experience. Our records indicate that we canceled on you because of your very nasty attitude and complete disrespect to our Customer service rep. Profanity and anger is not a good form of communication. Also hiring several companies at the exact same time is another reason we canceled. We recommend not double booking companies.
