The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Had to repeatedly reach out to provider to get updates on date estimates or updates as those dates came and went. By the listing the provider had almost a one month window to pick up after booking was confirmed and deposit paid. The general pattern was: reach out to provider for schedule update, receive update and new pick-up date, pick up date would come we would not hear anything, reach out to the provider to find out that their driver was on the opposite side of the country waiting on a load
