Customer received his bike as promised, on time, and with responsive communication just like the hundreds of other jobs I have done. He even got all of his extra parts delivered for free. He was upset that I didn’t tighten the handlebars on his bike even though he never asked me to. He was also upset over my quick responses to his messages….he wanted me to initiate all contact. Outrageous expectations. At least I got paid.

Just back from deployment and saw that all of feedback left was not submitted by me.Must be a reason.Coverup? The Neutral rating was due to a number of items1.The bike was not marked Picked up until it was delivered,that way you cannot track him2.The bike was lashed down with the forks bottomed for 2 weeks.This was due to a call from me letting Darrel know that I had been informed the bars were loose and instead of snugging the bolts he wrenched down the straps.Now the fork seal leaks/bars NoGd!

Bike was delivered as promised and on time with no drama, just like all of my other jobs. I even moved his extra parts for free. He was upset that I didn’t work on his bike for free, and that he expected me to contact him daily. Quick replies to his inquiries wasn’t good enough. Outrageous expectations. Run from this guy.
