I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period i did not initiate a cancellation Mr.Ryan is areally nice and understanding guy would love to do business with him.. but the customer that we are picking items up from is extremely rude, calls me all night at 2am/ calls everyday even after we have given her a specific time of arrival, she calls or text back wanting to know where I'm at, when the pick up has been established to be made 3or 4 days later. if cancellation has to be made I'm fine with it. Sorry Ryan we apologize to you.

Positive Comments: The seller gave me the incorrect length for the sofa so the shipper had to leave and come back with a larger trailer. I commend them for that. Also the homeowner would not let them pull into the driveway so they had to haul all of the heavy furniture across the yard. Negative Comments: I paid $900 shipping for a dining table and chairs which were valued at over $20,000. The pieces were not treated professionally and were not even blanket wrapped.Cost me a lot to have resto
