This is an overall review of TForce Freight (not this shipment specifically). TForce frequently does not show up for scheduled deliveries (with no notification to us or the recipient), damages items and will not respond to inquiries regarding damage so claims cannot be filed. We ship with multiple carriers on a frequent basis and they are one of the worst.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment was accidentally schedule by one of our employees on January 1, 2021. This is a holiday. We will not be open and we assume YRC freight will not be picking up.

We paid $126 extra for indoor delivery on this crate. Instead of fulfilling that service, the UPS Freight driver called our customer and made them meet them in a random parking lot! We want a refund of the additional fees and a written apology to our customer for how they were treated! This is an absolute outrage!

Crate was damaged by a forklift fork being driven through the wood crate. All items were a total loss. Cost to repair is greater than the value of the items.

Horrible delivery! Crate was broken into pieces. Contents were strewn across the customer's front porch and driveway! I want my money back for this shipment.
