My experience with this company was initially good, having had a conversation with the owner Andres. The boat was picked up as promised. THIS IS WHERE EVERYTHING UNRAVELED! The driver left with the boat, and needed to stop for rest(understandable) The next info I got, was the driver was out of hours for the week, and had a 36 hour down time! The single axle van they used broke down on Monday am. Another driver was sent. No updates. The boat was delivered 5 days late, costing me time and money.

I chose Patel Transport based on the many 5 star reviews, and was not disappointed! Urvish Patel contacted me within 1/2 hour of agreeing to the bid to say thank you. He made sure I was contacted every step of the trip, and completed the trip on time, and as scheduled. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who still believes in service and quality.
