Steve was quick to answer every question. A slight delay which was not his fault happened, and he was communicative about it. Super pleasant and trustworthy guy.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time horrible communication, ultimately he admitted he didn't have the time to pick up the day he promised.

This group was simply great to deal with. We had last second changes, and they couldn't have handled them all any better. Wrapped all the stuff with tremendous care. Picked up after themselves which is rare. We will be using them again very soon.

Thomas is one of the most affable guys I ever met. Our merchandise was precious and arrived in terrific shape. Always cheerful and generous throughout the process. When I inadvertently released his payment when trying to release another, he called me to warn me before I noticed, that integrity is rare. I don't know how he could prove himself more trustworthy.

the car was delivered but simply an overbearing experience. asked me to put the car in his truck myself which was weird. i passed on his request to come before 9am, but still showed up too early standing in the driveway before 8am. be prepared to be able to release the payment the microsecond he delivers or he'll blow your phone up. Response from mkiv4ever: I have never met a person so rude from the beginning. I showed up 45 minutes early and he got upset even though his ad said pickup 24/7. He didnt release payment until late the next day. He called me especially to yell at me and tried to make me feel like i was nothing. News flash, your millionaire ego cannot dent my humble spirit. God bless you my friend but learn to treat people with respect in order to gain respect. Will never service again and i hope the feeling is mutual. Pathetic

Ok so it’s been a week and still no feedback on that Ferrari. I have to tell you that I’m not impressed with this because I held up my end of this transport in the upmost professional way and took extremely good care of your car and delivered it within 18 hours. Also the tip really upset me because I’ve never said here’s a tip do you have change...first time someone has ever made me feel like I'm beneath them. Response from rdy2roc: I sent one text with my thoughts about the situation. He copied my text but left out the part about the tip. On the booking he said if I delivered the Ferrari to him before Saturday he would tip me $50. He hands me a $100 bill, asked for change, I explained that I don't carry cash. He takes the $100 and didn't tip me at all! I asked him to please leave feedback. He said he did. A week later and still no feedback! It was the principle, not the money! Follow thru with what you say! I did!
