A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved No option to change the pickup address. Had to cancel and rebook, per SEFL

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The item I was shipping became damaged. I was unable to ship the item. I called UPS prior to the pick up date and informed them. Please cancel my shipment.

Communication could have been better, both during bid process and at delivery. Eg: no mention of "additional truck fees" due to the delivery address. Receiving party ended up picking up from YRC terminal DAYS after due to YRCs inability to procure 3rd party transit. After, they attempted to charge for this...even though no service was provided. Took calling to get the charge removed. Need to be upfront with service charges.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After repeated attempts to contact the service provider, both personally and on UShip's behalf, they still haven't picked up my vehicle. I spoke with the provider on Monday (day of booking) and called Thursday and still was not provided with a pickup day. Was told "we'll get it picked up in a few days" (Monday) and never heard from them again. I understand the need to be flexible for pick up days, but this is unacceptable. I want to cancel with this provider and receive a refund.
