I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The shipment has been a disaster.Everything that could possibly happen has and the customer has been VERY understanding and I feel they shouldnt have their shipment delayed any longer...

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipment has been somewhat of a disaster from the start, but Woof Express has communicated all the issues and was very helpful in making sure our shipment was secured before leaving it after the first attempt was a fail. The second try there was issues as well but they have been very helpful in cancelling this without a problem. I wish it could have worked out for them to have completed but sometimes things just don't work out.
