Bob did a great job in every way. This was a government surplus item and Bob, because of his experience in dealing with government agencies, was able to tell me exactly what information he needed from me and then he took care of the rest, making what I thought would be a complicated job a very simple one for me. He was right on time and provided sufficient updates to help me plan ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and to use his services again in the future.

Two thumbs up! Ken was thoroughly professional from start to finish and earned my positive comments; he exceeded my expectations and the experience was about as simple and straightforward as it could have been. If I need something shipped in the future, I hope he'll be able to take care of my request again.

Professional-quality transport of my tractor. Jay brought the tractor on-time and within my budget and in perfect shape. I hope I can use their services again and I would recommend Jay and Christina (who was helpful in communicating the status of the pickup and delivery) to anyone who wants their product to arrive in the same condition it left!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider broke his foot and will be unable to perform the shipment. I relisted this shipment before requesting this cancellation, therefore the box next to "I would like to relist this shipment after the cancellation is complete" was unchecked. I have a copy of the email from the service provider explaining his inability to complete the shipment. Thank you.

Totally professional, exceeded my expectations. Gary's on my "must call" list if I think he might be able to ship something to me again. I would highly recommend putting him at the top of your list for consideration.

My apologies for taking 6 months to report on a very good job that Bob did shipping my almost 1/2 ton Gravely tractor! I would recommend him to anyone, he's got my future business if he's wants it, that's for sure. He communicated with me throughout the process and was eager to get my shipment to me, even though I had a relaxed timeframe.
