The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it My quote clearly says pickup and delivery on the 24th of Sept.The customer booked.First conversation he tells me it cannot be delivered until today.He informs me I need to go to Port Admin it opens at 9a Monday.I told him I can maybe push back another job and if so I would do the job.The 24th I contact my other customer.He agrees to pushing back his delivered a day.This morning I get everything lined out at the port begin heading over to pick up this shipment.I call him to make sure he has the n

This carrier is the worst carrier ever. He picked up my items on 11/08/2021 and promised to deliver in 2 days 11/11/2021. After he successfully picked my items up he started his talking trash to me on messages and emails. I will not recommend this carrier for your service. Thanks
