AAAAA+++ Customer! Working with Rob went terrific from start to finish. Quick to reply emails/calls, provide information, and a happy guy all around. We hauled two pieces of heavy equipment from Nisku, Alberta down to him in the Toronto, ON area. Everything went great. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company bid offers lower to get the contract then held onto my equipment while Trying to book a shipper at a higher price, delayed pick up a week then ultimately called to get me to agree to a higher price for a same day pick up to avoid any more delays, when I agreed he then called back and still reverted back to having nobody to take the load and complained that his cost per mile was high and needed more money. Wasted my time and strung me along for 7 days only to tell me he can’t commi
