There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Explained to the shipper it would need picking up same day, and since on such short notice I would have to go out of my way do the price would increase. And he said to let him know before he booked it and within a few minutes he accepted a different bid of mine that were not the same terms I told him so I could not pick it up. The bid he accepted was for that same day pickup as I was heading that way. But he didn't want pickup till the next day which I could not do as I would be 100 miles away

Proof of delivery was signed by Ralph once freight received. Notified him through email before pickup like all customers, not to accept freight if damaged. Why would you accept damaged freight and sign the POD? When we called our national carrier we submitted our claim using our own money because Ralph did not want to spend the extra $42 for full value insurance, but signing POD & then trying to claim weeks later? You have left is with no case to fight this!!

Please be honest was never signed by ralph palmer, you delivered at a warehouse in GA and i have never been there.... I'm in mexico and just have the photos of every movement and after your carrier the photos changed let;s be honest ans accurate.

The compressor was picked up at the base without damage.It was delivered to the warehouse in Atlanta apparently after being knocked over.We sent pictures of the equipment before it was picked up and after it was delivered.We were not informed of the damage and just received the equipment.We tracked down the photos of the eqpmnt where it was interchanged and damage happened in transit from the base to the warehouse, was not a small accident that went unnoticed. COmp was in a pallet

Carrier is asking Ralph for these pics to justify claim, but nothing sent yet.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The match mas made based on the service provider being to move the trailer within a few days. Dave of Yoman Racing has given many excuses for not completing the move and failed to meet various dates that he proposed to move the trailer. He requested up front payment of $1,500 and received it and has not completed the move in over a month. He refuses to take calls or respond to my or UShip's emails. I am proceeding to sue him to recover my payment and am cancelling to recover the UShip part.
