The shipper is more like a broker meaning this had the added cost of two expensive middlemen. The delivery was to an unoccupied farm requiring me to travel a total of three hours once I knew when the shipment would be delivered. I was told several dates and times for delivery none of which were met. I was sent a "contract" with requirements not spelled out originally after I was on site waiting. The online software for the contract didn't with my phone. I waited 8 hours in 98degree heat.
