I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Yesterday, the customer requested we cancel because shipment was not ready, but since we had posted pick-up for today we told him we would do it today before noon. He said he would supply us with a different pick up address this morning. We have called, texted and e-mailed to try to find out where driver needed to go for pick-up and indicated that noon (CA time) was the latest driver would be in the area as he had other commitments.
