There were minor delays but member kept in touch and communicated situations. Were courteous and open to questions and needs of shipper. Goods arrived in great condition and wrapped better than I had expected. Included an extra piece at no charge that was added at the last minute. Driver was very helpful getting artwork to third floor of loft. Would use them again and prices seem reasonable given what it takes these days to ship canvases. Enjoyed the expeirence.
