Oleksii was AWESOME!! He showed up at the exact time he said he would & delivered boat at the exact time he said he would. He provided excellent communication during the 2400+ mile shipment and the boat arrived at the destination in the same condition in which it left the origin. The experience was much better than I ever expected it to be. Meltrans/Oleksii gets my highest recommendation!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Chuck was awesome & tried everything he could to make this work. Transport was for a boat to Sitka, AK. The only way to get there is by ferry and the state run ferry stopped servicing Sitka. This cancellation should not be a negative reflection on Doggydad Transport. I hope to use them again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period 1st, Justin's number was wrong. Then, he reached out after an e-mail with his new number. We spoke and everything was going well. Then, he ghosted me, and his new number is no longer a working number. This is so frustrating...

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Ray Jensen with First Choice Transport was supposed to show yesterday to pick up my boat. We talked late in the day and he said he got sidetracked by a DOT inspection. He asked if he could come today in the morning between 9:30am and 10:00am. I agreed. When he didn’t show up, I gave him a little additional time before I reached out. I texted him multiple times and called him multiple times. The only response I ever got was a single response saying that he would call me. He never did. I’m
