Driver told us one thing and told them another. We were not there to load this truck, the driver was, and he lied about everything that took place. We eventually got everything worked out, but only for everyone to have a bad taste left in their mouth. Sorry things will not work with our companies working together. Christine

Our experience was with a broker and hired driver. We specified ramps with a trailer, there were none. Our load point made special arrangmts, but when it arrived we were unaware and had no solutions. The driver expected us to throw down some old wooden pallets to make a ramp. The broker claimed (three days after pick-up) our forklift operator refused to stack the load so the price is triple! The truck driver denied that claim. It was resolved fairly, but I will not use them again.

I called and talked to the head guy there Steve. The driver told me that thi LTL shipment ended up taking the whole truck. When the truck got there Steve looked at it and the driver had a different story then he had to start with. We did resolve this faily and Im waitting on the 300+ dollars to be mailed to me for the extra room on the truck that this did take up. Thanks Steve
