A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My two trucks that runs that route every other week had several delays on delivery locations (customer) and also weather conditions. I had been communicating this delays to Kathy since the beginning and when we notice that the delays were severe we offer her to cancel the shipment if she couldn’t wait any longer.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment While en route to pick up this shipment, I have encountered mechanical difficulties with my vehicle as a result of purchasing contaminated gasoline. It will be several days before the parts can be obtained and repairs made resulting in further inconvenience to the customer. We are unable to secure another vehicle with the cargo space needed for the items to be shipped. The customer has been absolutely accommodating and this is completely our issue.
