The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Jeffrey needs to write down what really transpired and not incorrect information. We set up the pickup with the auction house for TUESDAY of this week. Confirmed by phone with Douglas at Alex Cooper. He assured things were set and located. Team arrived right on schedule and auction house was in disarray with 3-4 people not knowing anything about or able to find shipment in two different locations around building. We tried to come back and instructed clerk to call us by last night. No response F-

KC MOVERS intentionally bid on too many jobs and when it came time to pick mine up they had no room in the truck and tried to misrepresent that to me. They took higher priced jobs and booted mine which was under a time deadeline as KCMOVERS knew. They then tried to blame the auction house which heard KCMOVERS say that "we're in trouble because we have no room." Making matters worse, KC MOVERS then, knowing there was a time issue, intentionally did not tell me until I hounded them for information

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper knew that rugs were not in plastic but took the job and then failed to make enough room on the truck to take the rugs rolled up or folded. shipper apparently is not a shipper but a forwarder perhaps

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved pickup was for Tuesday and requested service required delivery before november 19th. Shipper waited until today, Friday, to let me know the pick up didn't take place and can't meet the time request. Not happy.

Jeffrey, please state the facts as things happened. Your auction house dropped the ball and couldnt find your items. My team waited almost 45 minutes for nothing and even tried to come back to pickup with again, no response by your auction house. An email about things was being sent this AM. We were trying to give the auction house time to find items and then we would go back. Complete fault lies with the auction house and you slam our company when we did nothing wrong. We are not happy! F-
