The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper knew that rugs were not in plastic but took the job and then failed to make enough room on the truck to take the rugs rolled up or folded. shipper apparently is not a shipper but a forwarder perhaps

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved pickup was for Tuesday and requested service required delivery before november 19th. Shipper waited until today, Friday, to let me know the pick up didn't take place and can't meet the time request. Not happy. Response from KCMOVERS: Jeffrey, please state the facts as things happened.
Your auction house dropped the ball and couldnt find your items. My team waited almost 45 minutes for nothing and even tried to come back to pickup with again, no response by your auction house. An email about things was being sent this AM. We were trying to give the auction house time to find items and then we would go back. Complete fault lies with the auction house and you slam our company when we did nothing wrong. We are not happy! F-
