A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They arrived and were under the impression my dog was 22 pounds not 75 pounds. They didn't have room for him on that trip but said they would return in a week and could take him then. Unfortunately, that timing did not work for us. They were very pleasant and helpful though.
