After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer At pick up costumer didn't want us to take the item because the driver and helper had a small dispute. During pick up, the driver and helper were insulted by the person handling the hand off.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am sorry for the inconvenience. I had a scheduling issue with a couple jobs in Oklahoma and I am still here. I will not be able to make it to Georgia in time to make the pickup and drop off.
