Claimed UShip screwed them over They asked me to ship outside Uship for higher price and off the record so they could skip paying taxes. I said I would NOT skip taxes, they could collect money from client receiving dog & it would be between them. Dog delivered extremely late & was neglected/starved/not cleaned during trip, Mark verbally abused client multiple times. They have not returned my property nor will they give a return date. Will be pressing charges unless this is taken care of.

Dogs delivered in poor health, hungry & dehydrated; didn't read feed/care instructions (admitted via email); didn't clean crates between dogs (witnessed); left pad stuffing in crate with dog (choking hazard--witnessed); allowed dogs OFF LEASH (admitted in front of witnesses, now denies); allowed dogs free-roam inside vehicle (witnessed). Lots more, no room! Got defensive when questioned, sending harassing emails ever since, refuses to STOP after several requests. Don't trust this woman!

I have every email from this woman, I am the one being harrassed. The dogs were never allowed free run of my vehicle( complete lie) as I had another driver with me as witness and other pets on board and would never allow pets to run free.
The crate had nothing in it with the dog , he did chew his bed but it was cleaned up immediately. And the dogs were never allowed off leash ever that is a complete lie the dogs don't know me and if allowed of leash would have run away.

Very easy to work with, excellent service, friendly, punctual, and great communication. He treated our little puppy like a princess!
