The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was assured I would have my shipment picked up and delivered at a certain time. The DAY the shipment was to be picked up, I received a call from the shipper saying he didn't know if he could "make it" anymore because another shipment might fall through and that he would call and let me know. I was very upset that he would even book a shipment if he was unsure it would go through, but I said okay. He never called or informed me of anything. He was very unprofessional and I am extremely unsatisf
