I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have reached out many many times via text, phone, and email. The shipper ignores me for days then says they will be picking it up then don't show up and ignore me for multiple days. This happened 2 different times. A simple phone call or text could've fixed this.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had the shipment scheduled and spoke to the driver and had everything confirmed. The driver didn’t show up and after multiple days of email, calls, and texts going unanswered I had to cancel.
