The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We had a carrier assigned til we found out the height of this vehicle had a lift of 6 inches with 33 inch tires the driver could not fit the vehicle on his truck and needs to cancel.

Customer did not confirm availability before accepting. We asked him if he wanted us to find a tentative date before he accepted. He did not reply back and just accepted the bid when our bid clearly stated "IMPORTANT:THIS BID IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND MUST BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO ACCEPTING.THIS WILL AVOID LATE PICKUP AND OR CANCELLATIONS".
