Member failed to communicate
There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the Service Provider.
I asked for a particular window of time for my vehicle to be shipped and SGT excepted. It was turned over to another company and the communication throughout was minimum. My vehicle should have arrived on Saturday and it made it here on Wednesday. The driver arrived late at night and did not even have a light so we could inspect the vehicle. Customer service "SMH"

George, we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided. We did provide you with an update that the driver became ill and had to take 2 days off the road to recover. We provided updates as soon as they were available, but unfortunately we cannot provide you with exact timing of delivery as requested due to the fact that anything can happen in transit.
