A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi I can pick up Monday.The reason Wednesday was quoted was to fit in with delivery within 24 hours of booking.If our customer still wishes to cancel I will agree to it.Thank you Martyn

Very prompt and delivered my fridge freezer quicker than I expected. It would have been good to be notified in advance when it would be delivered rather than a few hours before delivery, just incase I wasn't in to take delivery. But overall, a good friendly experience. Definitely recommended. Thank you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I stated that shipment needed picking up before Monday but courier can only collect Wednesday, he did state this in his comment but only saw it after accepting booking. Wednesday is not good for the collection address. Tried to contact courier but he hasn't replied and I'm in urgent need of this been collected due to previous courier letting me down.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver was supposed to collect the fridge on Monday as this was the required date by the seller but he cancelled and asked if it was ok to pick up on Wednesday instead and have it to me early this afternoon. I have tried to contact him but he hasn't replied. I contacted the seller of my item and he said he cancelled picking it up and asked if he could come tomorrow. He hasn't let me know about this and is not answering my messages or phone calls. The seller of my item is getting fed
