I no longer need my item(s) shipped i will cancel the shipment because i need it by Friday May 28 and the only way to get it on time is driving the vehicle my self, so i really appreciate if i can get my deposit back,

Response from DonaldC68: I'm not sure why I got a negative but I keep him update and told him there were delays and he understood. I then had an issue with the pickup because of no information to be able to pick up. we have gotten it and made the delivery the day I said. I try my best to keep delays at a minimum but thing happen I still would gladly get another load for him. I still have to wait on his crew to help me get this off at his house. so even he had cause delays on the shipment on both ends.

Response from easytrucking: Sorry the truck broke down after this was loaded up. This was beyond our control and we did everything we could to try to get him up and running again. The driver should have been more up on his preventative maintenance. I won't be using him again after this shipment. Thank you.
