The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver did not show. Shipment was set for noon - 3 pm. I called around 3:30 and was told that he would be there in a half hour. We waited until dark and the driver did not show. We had to shut down. We are closed next week so I need this cancelled and will have to reschedule at a later date. Thanks -

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time TForce did not have a scheduled driver in are area and was not able to pick it up today. We ended having to book it with YRC and they were able to pick it up. Please cancel and refund this pick-up with TForce. Thanks -

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This was scheduled for pickup on 6/1 for 12-3 pm. I tried calling for the driver's eta around 2:45 pm and was told it would be closer to 4 - 4:30pm. I called back at 5pm and was told that the driver showed, but there was no freight for pick-up (he went to the wrong building). We told them that we would be closed on 6/2 and they stated that they would call us to re-schedule (no call was received). I called them this morning (6/3) and was informed that it was not on board for today. I will need to
