There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Spoke with customer- he agreed to change the wording on this. Claimed Uship changed his wording. The real reason this was canceled is that the customer allowed one of the other companies he had hired before us, to pickup the vehicle. The reason written by the customer is inaccurate. We do have documentation supporting this, and are requesting that his wording be changed to reflect this. Customers- hiring more than one company will not help your situation, but will worsen it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My service provider was unable to complete this shipment in a timely manner.
